Returns policy

This policy sits alongside our terms. If you are a UK consumer, it does not remove your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods, or a cancellation right the law says we must honour.

How to start a return

Email our customer services team at sales@powerwashers.co.uk, or send us a message, with the original order number and the reason for the return. You can also call (+44) 01984 624 500 during office hours, 9:00 AM – 5.00 PM, Monday – Friday.

Once the return is authorised, you will be issued with a return number. That number must be clearly marked on the returned parcel. Any product sent back without a return number will delay the returns process.

Items authorised for return must be sent to Brendon Powerwashers within 14 days:

Brendon Powerwashers, Hillsmoor, Off Sandys Moor, Taunton Road, Wiveliscombe, Taunton, Somerset, TA4 2TU.

Damaged on delivery

If goods arrive damaged, email sales@powerwashers.co.uk within 3 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the damage and the packaging.

No longer required, or ordered by mistake

If an item is returned because it is no longer required, or because it was incorrectly ordered, a 50% handling charge may be applied. Those items are returned at your own cost.

Returned goods must be in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. Once they have been inspected, if they are not in that condition, you may not be entitled to a full credit.

Faulty goods

If goods are faulty, email sales@powerwashers.co.uk with the order number and a description of the fault. We will tell you how to return or repair them.

How we handle returns

We aim to deal with all returns in a timely manner. After the goods are inspected, we will confirm any refund or credit.

Warranty

Warranty periods follow the specification for that product. If you are unsure, email sales@powerwashers.co.uk and we can advise.
