Customer Overview
Address Book
New addresses stay unassigned until staff add them on a customer setup. Addresses already on a customer stay linked, and an edit here updates that customer’s address. Customers do not see AD numbers.
Import address book
Export first, add the new addresses to that CSV, then import. Keep every current contact on the new list, in the same order, with the same number.
The import replaces everything. If a contact is missing from the file, it will not stay on the list as you expect.
Users
This is their login email and can’t be changed here.
Allow this customer to order on account, set how much they can spend, put them on stop (card only), and edit what they currently owe.
0 = unlimited. Leave blank to follow the dashboard default.
You can set this to whatever they actually owe. Orders on account add to it; payments take it down.
These appear on the customer’s dashboard as “Parts you need”. They can set quantities, add to basket, or clear the list themselves.
Optional — shown on their dashboard above the list (plain text, multiple lines ok).
Customer parts lists
Search for a customer, then curate their “Parts you need” list. The same data appears on their dashboard and in the user profile editor.
1. Select customer
2. Parts for this customer
These appear on the customer’s dashboard as “Parts you need”. They can set quantities, add to basket, or clear items themselves.
Optional — shown on their dashboard above the list.
Part Help Requests
Customers who've submitted a “Which part do I need?” request. New requests wait for a reply. Send a parts list, or use Move to archive, and they move to Help / Archive.
Customer Dashboards
Categories
Each category is assigned to one or more machines and appears in the parts finder. Add subcategories to organise parts within each category.
Applications
Each application is a box on the homepage and a page at /accessories/…/. Add one here and it
appears in both places straight away, plus in the Applications ticks when you edit a machine, accessory or
attachment. The order below is the order the boxes appear on the homepage.
Product Pricing
Click any price cell to edit. Changes are highlighted until saved. Customer dashboards assigned to a currency appear on that tab. Backup prices saves every price, in every currency, to a file you can restore from later.
Parts
Orders
Process order
Enter a DN number before this can go to packing.
Are you sure you want to refund?
Refund total: £0.00
Proforma settings
There are three proforma layouts, matched to the currency on each customer dashboard: UK for pounds, Euro for euros, and AUS for Australian dollars. Edit the title and footer (bank details, terms) and choose which dashboards can offer “Create a proforma and pay by BACS” at checkout.
Trade Account Applications
Users who have an account and want to upgrade to a trade account. Review, assign a dashboard, and set payment options.
Credit accounts
Everyone who can order on account. Edit total spent for phone orders. The bar turns red once a customer reaches their limit — they can no longer place orders on account, but they can still pay by card and pay off what they owe.
Rewards
Set how many points customers earn, and which products they can claim. Claimed items go in the basket at £0 and must be ordered with at least one paid product. Hide Rewards on a dashboard from Customer Dashboards.
Points to spend
Customers earn this many points for every amount spent on paid products (not on claimed rewards).
Top 100 by points
Customers with the highest Rewards balance.
Claimable products
Search the catalogue, set how many points the item costs, and add it. You can change the cost later.
Trade Applications
Second-hand listings
These appear on the public second-hand powerwashers page. Only active listings are visible to customers.
Powerwasher Submissions
Customer submissions from the sell your machine form. Review the evidence, then approve or reject each submission.
Trade-in Requests
Customer trade-in requests from the trade-in page. Review the machine details and provide a valuation.
Jobs
Track internal tasks, issues, and things to do. Assign priorities, due dates, and keep the whole team aligned.
Targets
A 10-year plan starting in 2027. Account orders start at £100,000, card payments start at £100,000, and euro sales start at €30,000. Customer accounts start at 500. Each following year is 25% higher than the year before, through 2036.
Pages
Rename a page, edit its SEO, open the live URL, or publish and unpublish it.

Server
Live snapshot from PHP on this host (disk partition visible to the site; RAM when /proc/meminfo is readable).
History is stored when an admin opens this page (at most about once per hour). For smoother graphs, visit regularly or add a cron that requests /cms/server-live-stats.php.

This host vs 20,000 users
—
At 20,000 users plan a StackCP VPS of about 4–6 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 80–100 GB SSD. Bandwidth is not exposed to PHP on this host — check the StackCP panel (many VPS plans are unmetered). The database is separate. Step compute from Small to Medium if checkouts feel slow. See System › Database for the full plan.
Usage by day
Daily average of samples (disk and RAM percentages). Days with no samples are gaps in the line.

Contact Details
Phone, email and address shown in the top bar and on the contact page. Pick a country on the left — the site uses the record for the visitor’s selected region.
Service map
These dots appear on the book a service map. Click the map to drop a new location, then give it a name.

Auto user dashboards
When a customer signs up, their country (and the language that goes with it) picks their dashboard. GB / United Kingdom goes to Standard UK unless you change it here. This does not move people who already have an account.
Database
Live size, storage, and a scaling plan to 20,000 users. Compute is currently Small.
—
Image sizes
Every image file hosted on the site (uploads/ and assets/), plus media library entries.
The bar fills towards the 900 KB target — green if under, red if over.
Errors
Live error feed from PHP, JavaScript, and the deploy script. Repeated occurrences of the same error are grouped automatically. Mark items resolved once fixed; resolved items stay searchable below.
Payment Gateway
Configure your Dojo payment gateway keys. Toggle between Sandbox (testing) and Live (real payments).
Delivery Management
Enable countries you ship to, choose Click & Collect and delivery options per country, and set rates and estimated times.
Abandoned Baskets
Signed-in customers whose basket has not changed for the time you pick. Guest baskets stay on the shopper’s device and are not listed here. Values are list-price estimates.

Live Visitors
People on the website in the last minute. A signed-in customer shows their name and company. Everyone else shows Guest.
You do not need to refresh this page. It checks for visitors every 15 seconds. Someone already on a page checks in about every 45 seconds, and they drop off about a minute after they leave.

Pick a conversation
Customers waiting for help are in Customer need help. Press Help this customer to take it into My chats, then reply.
Sender
Email a customer from hello@mybrendon.com. Replies go to the address below, which starts as the email you signed in with. Add store parts (photo, name and part number — no prices). Pick a machine to add manuals and drawings. Links are better for junk folders than attached PDFs — attach only if the customer needs the file in the email itself.
From hello@mybrendon.com
The customer still sees the email from hello@mybrendon.com. When they press reply, it comes to this address.
Add as a link unless the customer cannot open a store link. Attached PDFs are more likely to land in junk, and large files can bounce.
Sent from Sender
Then add that machine’s manuals and drawings as a link or an attachment.
Chat analytics

Shop & drawings access
Guests = not signed in. Any signed-in user = every account type. Turn that off to allow only the account types you tick. Shop and spare parts always share the same rules.
Guest permissions
Visitors who are not signed in. Tick the machines they may open in Spare Parts and in Technical Drawings. Everything is ticked to begin with. Anything you untick disappears from the list for them, and if they follow a direct link to it they are asked to sign in or create an account.
Standard account permissions
Customers who are signed in on the dashboard below. Tick the machines they may open in Spare Parts and in Technical Drawings. Anything you untick is hidden from them, and a direct link to it tells them they do not have access and to get in touch.
Restricted pages
What a visitor sees when they open something they are not allowed to — a whole section, or a single machine in Spare Parts or Technical Drawings. They are never left on a blank or empty page.
/access-required/
“You need to sign in to view spare parts.”
Create a free My Brendon account for trade pricing, order history, and tools built for professional users.
Shown to guests. They are brought back to the page they wanted once they sign in.
Preview page/access-denied/
“Your account does not have access to spare parts.”
Please contact us and we will open it up for you. Let us know which machine or section you need and we will get it added to your account.
Shown to signed-in customers, because signing in again would not help. The heading names the section they tried to open.
Preview pageLanguages
English is the source. Type the translation for each line, then save. The globe menu on the website uses these strings and switches currency at the same time.
Product translations
English titles and descriptions above each box always come from the live product. The inputs start with that English text so you can overwrite it with a translation.
Machines
These appear in Machine Parts, the store, and technical drawings. Link parts and categories the same way as today.
Accessories
Works like Machines. Tick one or more shop categories so the accessory appears in those ranges on the Accessories page.
Attachments
Works like Machines. Tick one or more shop categories so the attachment appears in those ranges on the Accessories page.
Serial numbers
Link a serial to a machine, accessory, or attachment. Leave the custom category number empty to use that product’s usual parts categories, or put a code from the Category codes page on it to show only that code’s categories. Importing a CSV adds to this list — it never clears it.
Category codes
Create a code, tick the parts categories, manuals, drawings and training courses to show on serial search results, then put that code on a serial row. A code can also carry a message and a picture, shown in a white box at the top of the parts page.
Registered serial numbers
Serial numbers registered to customers’ fleets — added by customers themselves, or by staff when setting up a customer. Removing a machine from a customer’s fleet does not remove it from this list, and machine notes stay with the serial. Use “Notes” to view or leave notes for that machine.
Drawings
Select a machine, accessory or attachment to manage its technical drawing categories and SVG files.
Manuals
Select a machine, accessory or attachment to upload, replace or remove its PDF manuals (50 MB max).
—
PDF only. Staff and admins can upload, replace and delete files attached to this product.
—
Upload drawings, drag to reorder. Use Rename to change a drawing name. Drag right to nest as a sub-drawing.
